The concept of a large gathering of quality food trucks combined with great live music has been tested and proven by 24-7 with the popular Trifecta Food Truck & Music Festival held at Maryland State Fairgrounds. Now in its 7th year, Trifecta is the largest food truck festival in Maryland.
Paul Manna, owner of 24-7 Entertainment says, "We're often asked to have a spring festival like Trifecta, so here we are. Our goal has always been to throw a big party where the entire family can enjoy and we're excited to bring the party to Anne Arundel County".
Headlining the festivities are ALMOST QUEEN: A tribute to QUEEN. The most authentic Queen live show since the days of Queen themselves. A deliberate four piece band, Almost Queen delivers a live performance showcasing signature four part harmonies and intricate musical interludes. Donning genuine costumes, Almost Queen recaptures the live energy and precision that is the ultimate Queen experience.
Manna boasts, "I've seen hundreds of tribute bands over the years and I can confidently say Almost Queen is the best I've ever seen. They're so perfect it's sometimes surreal". Even legendary radio host Howard Stern agrees. "I think these guys are even better than the Queen that's out there touring."
In addition to headliner Almost Queen, we're excited to have Annapolis favorites, JIMMIE'S CHICKEN SHACK play in front of their hometown crowd. Prior to "The Shack's" set, it's the always fun and entertaining Phat Blues of KELLY BELL BAND.
Offering more than 30 of Maryland’s most popular food trucks, festival-goers can expect a wide variety of savory and sweet options, including barbecue, seafood, burgers, vegan options, Jamaican, Greek, cupcakes, ice cream, and more. Among the food trucks will be local favorites, Greek on The Street, Wanna Pizza This, Kooper’s Chowhound, Taco Bar, Quinn's Ice plus a taste of local businesses, Jeno's Steaks and more to be announced soon. Attendees can also browse goods from 40-plus local artisans and vendors, check out cool clothes in several fashion trucks, and even try their hand at axe throwing.
Making sure the little ones also have fun is a priority. Activities like mechanical bull riding, a rock climbing wall, bounce houses, and face painting are always winners.
